EXOMITIN® SkQ1 Skin Regenerating Antioxidant Gel 50ml
Targeted mitochondrial antioxidant support for skin repair, photodamage reduction, and barrier optimisation.
EXOMITIN® is a topical SkQ1-based hydrogel designed to deliver mitochondrial-targeted antioxidant protection directly to skin cells. Unlike conventional antioxidants, SkQ1 accumulates within mitochondria—the primary source of oxidative stress—helping to reduce cellular damage at its origin.
This makes EXOMITIN® particularly effective for improving visible signs of photoaging, supporting skin regeneration, and enhancing overall skin resilience.
EXOMITIN® is best viewed as a cellular-level intervention, not just a cosmetic product—supporting long-term skin quality rather than short-term surface effects.
Why SkQ1?
SkQ1 (plastoquinonyl decyltriphenylphosphonium) is a next-generation antioxidant engineered to:
- Target mitochondria directly (where ROS production is highest)
- Reduce oxidative damage at the cellular level
- Support collagen maintenance and skin repair processes
- Improve skin barrier function and hydration
Traditional antioxidants often fail to reach mitochondria in meaningful concentrations. SkQ1 is specifically designed to overcome this limitation.
How to Use
Apply a thin layer of EXOMITIN® gel 1–2 times daily to clean skin, focusing on areas of concern.
- Allow to absorb for 15–30 minutes
- If using with other skincare products, apply EXOMITIN® first
- Suitable for targeted or full-face application
For external use only
Optional: Mixing with Moisturiser
For users who prefer a more diluted or full-face application:
- Mix EXOMITIN® gel with your moisturiser at approximately a 5:1 ratio
(e.g. ~10ml (2 teaspoons) EXOMITIN® into a 50ml moisturiser)
This approach allows for easier daily use across larger surface areas while maintaining effective SkQ1 exposure.
What to Expect
Based on user feedback and skin analysis trends over ~6 months of consistent use:
- 5–10% reduction in UV-related skin damage and emerging dark spots
- Noticeable improvements in skin hydration levels
- Enhanced skin barrier integrity and resilience
- Smoother skin texture and more even tone
Results tend to be most pronounced in areas with existing photodamage or early pigmentation changes.
