📦 Shipping Instructions for Blood Spot Samples
All blood spot card samples must be returned to the TruDiagnostic lab in Kentucky, USA.

🇺🇸 USA Customers: A prepaid return envelope is included with your kit.

🌍 International Customers (including UK & EU):
You will receive a pre-addressed return envelope, but postage must be paid by you at your own expense.-
For UK customers, we recommend using Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For, which typically costs around £10 and arrives at the lab within 5–7 working days. Another tracked delivery option is UPS.

When filling in the customs declaration, please label your sample as:
"DNA test".
This helps avoid delays or confusion at customs. -
⚠️ Do not use DHL to return your sample, as they do not ship human samples, including dried blood spot cards.
