This client is a 34 year old amateur football player, with an aim to go semi-pro. He has some athletic genes, but poor muscle recovery.
It turns out for evening practices, he was taking a pre-workout 250mg with caffeine and arginine, which was greatly impacting his sleep & recovery scores.
Since cutting this out, and having the right supplements tailored to his genetic deficiency risks, his sleep scores have improved.
His original total testosterone level was 15.7 nmol, and free testosterone being 0.283nmol. This is level most likely shows a decline from his optimum youthful level. On top of correcting nutritional deficiencies, the client took supplements to lower prolactin and increase luteinising hormone. Over the period of 10 weeks, his total and free testosterone went up to 24.3 and 0.378 respectively.
